If you have made it this far you can identify all the notes of the major scale by ear. That’s enough to get you started as an ear player but there are a couple of other areas that need to be covered.

The second area is chromatics – the black notes when we are using the scale of C. We will cover them in later tests.

The first area is the minor scale (sound file). Sing your way up and down as you identify the notes.
